Indira Gandhi in 1984, Benazir Bhutto in 2007
Nothing to be proud of but India and Pakistan have one more thing in common: The first woman prime minister of India, Indira Gandhi, and the first woman prime minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto, were both assassinated. Just as I was sad on Oct 31, 1984, I am sad today. My condolences go out to [...]

Opening Nikon D300 RAW Files in Photoshop Elements
Photoshop Elements 5 or Photoshop Elements 6 do not read Nikon D300 RAW files without updating the Camera Raw plugin. Nikon D300 for $1799.95 (incl s&h)!!!
I had heard about dynamic pricing during the dotcom boom. Not sure if I am the beneficiary of that but I got Nikon D300 body for $1799.95 (incl. s&h) at, in my opinion, the most trustworthy online retailer there is.
Since its debut late last month, most of the online stores have sold out their [...]

Matter of Priorities?
I am aware of the importance of December 1. It is, therefore, interesting to notice priorities some have. I wonder how any household can survive on just 3 Nintendo Wiis per calendar month! Isn’t Amazon.com being unkind to mankind by imposing such an unreasonably strict limit?!!!
