Just got back from my bank. I had to deposit some cash in my checking account. The teller handed me “Rate Information” sheet on various types of accounts the bank has. Having never had a savings account, I curiously went through the sheet. I see: Balance $0 – $9,999 … … $50,000+ Who’s likely to have over $50,000 in savings account? [...] If it wasn’t for a free phone, perhaps I would continue with the old plan. Brand new Nokia N75 for free with an AT&T wireless plan motivated me to ditch the old plan whose 2-year contract expired recently. I see these benefits in switching to a new plan every two years: Along with the old plan [...] Just saw this flash ad on order confirmation page of Amazon.com: The flash animation ends with: What does Your On mean? Isn’t that a typo? |
