For the first time since early january—looks much longer than just seven months it has been since—I chewed on both sides of my mouth. It feels terrific!

My mouth is kinda bloody and hurting now but I felt nothing but a few small pricks when the dentist—who recommended extraction—administered local anesthesia this morning. After that, I didn’t feel any pain whatsover when the tooth was actually pulled out. For job well done, my sincere thanks to the dentist. Earlier this year, in January, my dental hygenist suspected a cavity in one of my wisdom teeth. The dentist who took a look, and x-rays, agreed that I needed a filling. The filling, following painful drilling, was done and I was told that it could take over a month for my body to accept the [...] I bought my laptop, almost two years ago, without built-in wi-fi not just becuase I had a spare PCMCIA wireless card but also because built-in wi-fi was about $100 more. When I recently found Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG mini-PCI wi-fi card for less than $30 (including shipping), I couldn’t pass up! However, transferring text between the two OSes on my two desktops—sharing the same keyboard and mouse via KVM switch—has been a pain ’til I stumbled upon the idea of using Yahoo! Messenger for that.
